Thought I should update this seeing I havent since december. Not much has really hapened since then and I havent had much of a chance to get on the net. Today is the second last day of mixing our new album, I dont know why Im out of bed so early im still half asleep. 9am becomes early after a month in the studio, not working and getting to bed in the a.m. Anyway, day 7 of mixing, day 22 of the whole recording process. Only tomorrow and then one day of mastering in a few weeks and the album is finished. Yesterday we met with the people who are doing our artwork and thats coming together nicely as well. I cant wait to start touring again, It's been over 4 months since our last show and I miss it heaps. The Cog tour is going to be loads of fun and we get to watch the best band in Australia every night (Cog fans would be so jealous of us) Ive been listening to the new Album 'The New Normal' alot since I got it a week ago and I cant get enough of it. I think it's probably the best Australian album since mabey, JET! Kidding. It is amazing though and nothing comes close to it. (not even jet)
So just incase I dont get around to writing for another 4 months - the COG tour went really well, thanks to everyone for watching and listening. Our album just went Gold (not that we care, it's all about the music I swear) and our new single is No.1 on the Aria Charts. Thanks.
